Arada, a well-known UAE developer, has unveiled Sarai. This is the fifth phase of its Masaar woodland megaproject in Sharjah. The Sarai district has a limited range of 36 ultra-luxury mansions. These mansions have prices starting at AED20 million ($5.4 million) in response to rising demand for high-end residences. The district has two styles of six-bedroom mansions with three or four floors. These mansions offer extra privacy as well as a variety of luxurious facilities. High-ceiling foyers, large patios, extensive gardens, and English courtyards are among the luxurious facilities. Home entertainment, gyms, saunas, swimming pools, and outside sunken spaces are also included.
ATTRACTIVE LOCATION & LUXURY FACILITIES IN MASAAR’S SARAI DISTRICT
The Sarai district is at the heart of the Masaar masterplan. This means that all the homes are within a short walk of Masaar Central. So residents will have access to many entertainment, leisure, wellness, and fitness facilities. They will also have direct access to Masaar's signature forested landscape. So along with an outdoor amphitheatre, children's waterpark, and a skate park, there are many facilities. All Sarai mansions include separate maids, drivers, and storage quarters. The biggest, four-story mansion has a lift, and the huge top level has a master suite and terrace.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Arada Group's CEP, noted that the Sarai district is in response to the increased demand for high-end houses at Masaar. He is also excited about the delivery of Sharjah's first ultra-luxury neighbourhood. This neighbourhood is targeting high net worth individuals in the UAE and beyond. Every house in the Sarai district will be completed by the end of 2025.
THE MASAAR MASTERPLAN
The Masaar masterplan includes 3,000 homes split across seven gated districts. All these districts have a combined value of AED8 billion ($2.17 billion) with a green spine containing over 50,000 trees connecting them. The first three residential areas are under construction. The first residences are scheduled for completion later this year. All the houses in the first four stages have already sold out, and the master community is now more than two-thirds sold out. The Masaar buffer zone, which runs around the city's edge, is the next milestone for delivery. This zone will include thousands of trees and a 6.6-kilometer-long professional looped cycling track. The Zad food truck district is already complete, with eight food and beverage businesses. The Masaar Exploration Center and a children's playground are also already finished too.
