Leading Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan will be making its first entry into the Qatar market following an agreement with Qetaifan Projects, Qatar’s leading real estate development company owned by Katara Hospitality, to develop an ultra-luxury sea-front project on Qetaifan Island North, known as Les Vagues.
The project is expected to start in Q2 and will support the growth of Qatar’s real estate sector with premium residential units with sea views and modern amenities.
The project is already gaining attraction, earlier this week, Dar Al Arkan revealed Les Vagues residences by world-renowned designer ELIE SAAB in Doha in collaboration with Qetaifan Projects.
Les Vagues feature 70 opulent one, two and three-bedroom sea-front residencies with interiors that reflect the ELIE SAAB designs.
According to the developers, the residences by the world-renowned designer reflect the sophisticated elegance and exceptional detailing of ELIE SAAB. Total sales are expected to reach over 1 billion Qatari Riyal.
