Aldar Properties announced on the 20th of September that they have agreed on a partnership with Nikki Beach Global for a new project in Ras Al Khaimah. The companies will construct three special residential buildings on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, making a lively beachfront community. The sale of these beachfront homes will begin later this year.
ELEVATING COASTAL LIVING
This partnership plans to change coastal living in Ras Al Khaimah. Aldar will create stylish homes, and Nikki Beach will add its lively lifestyle. This marks Aldar's first time entering Ras Al Khaimah's housing market. The companies will build the project between Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. The company bought both of these properties in 2022.
