Dubai South Properties has chosen Ginco General Contracting for a major AED 1 billion ($272.2 million) contract. The contract is to develop the initial phases of South Bay, a master development located in The Residential District within Dubai South.
South Bay will feature over 800 spacious villas, townhouses, and over 200 luxurious waterfront mansions. It will also include a 1-km-long crystal lagoon, over 3 km of waterfront promenade, many beaches, a clubhouse, fitness centers, and lush parks. But let’s not forget the projects convenient location situated alongside Expo Road.
LUXURY WATERFRONT OPTIONS AT SOUTH BAY
South Bay offers a range of townhouses, villas, and waterfront mansions in a picturesque waterfront location. The townhouses and semi-detached villas have a built-up area ranging from 2,900 to 5,500 sq ft, with three, four, and five en-suite bedrooms. The waterfront mansions will feature standalone villas with five, six, and seven bedrooms. These will cover approximately 9,000 to 14,000 sq ft. In total the developers expect to complete the project by Q1 2026.
