HDP, the real estate branch of the Housing and Development Bank in Cairo, Egypt, has announced its new project, Club Hills Residence. This exciting development location is in West Cairo. More specificially it is in the eastern expansions of 6th of October City.

HDP has teamed up with two prominent consultancy firms. They are British international firm BENOY and regional experts Distance Studio Consultants. By doing so, it ensures the highest attractiveness, quality and efficiency.
LOCATION AND CONNECTIVITY
Club project will also cover 30 acres of land in 6th of October City. It is in a strategic position near major roads in West Cairo. These include the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Wahat Road, Dahshour Road, and the Ring Road. This prime location offers easy access and connectivity for residents.
RESIDENTIAL UNITS AT THE CLUB HILLS RESIDENCE
The project will feature a variety of residential units, adding to Egypt’s residential real estate market. There will be townhouses, apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Townhouses will range from 190 to 288 square meters. Apartments and duplexes will vary in size, while penthouses will range from 120 to 230 square meters.

Hossam Eissa, CEO of HDP, announced that reservations for the first phase of the project are now open. The number of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) has already exceeded the number of units available in this initial phase. So, this strong interest highlights the appeal of The Club Hills Residence among potential buyers.
